Nathan Dunn - Horse Breaker

Nathan Dunn has been involved in the racing industry for over 20 years, in 1996 at age eighteen he travelled to Japan to work for the world renowned Shadai Farm staying for 18 months as a track rider. In 1998 he travelled to Ireland working for Coolmore Stud completing a breeding season, weanling & yearling prep. Then he was honoured to join Aidan O'Brien's world famous Ballydoyle to assist in breaking in the annual crop of yearlings, playing a big part breaking in Giant's Causeway, European Horse of the Year (2000). After returning home to Australia for a short period Nathan was invited by Gavin & Willie Brown to return back to Ireland and join their successful Pin Hooking partnership to break In 20 Yearlings to be sold through Goff's Tattersals Breeze Up sales in Europe. After again returning home he has been successfully combining breaking in & race riding over jumps around the Mornington Peninsula & Cranbourne area. Major wins include the 2003 Great Eastern (Raquets) and 2004 Grand Annual (Kwila's Quest). With his vast experience and these wonderful facilities your horse will be given an introduction in becoming a champion racehorse.

Kathryn Feldmaier - Business Manager, Stable hand, Finance, Photographer and Marketing & Communications.

Kathryn has extensive experience with horses having started out with Quarter Horses and learning from some of Australia's top horsemen, Kathryn spent her early years under the guidance of Shawn and Graham Mathrick, later moving in to the racing industry to work with H&H Horsebreaking before pursuing her career in photography. After a few years out of the industry Kathryn went on to work as a Photojournalist for some of Australia's biggest sports magazines and as a staff photographer for Fairfax. Kathryn has rekindled her love for horses and now works alongside Nathan helping out with the day to day duties of running the stables, Kathryn's kind and gentle nature is a welcome addition to the stable, you can be assured your horses will be in the greatest of care. Kathryn has studied Photography, Business and Marketing and has 15 years experience as a Bookkeeper, all of this experience combined ensure that all the behind the scenes work is taken care of and Nathan can get on with the business of breaking in your horses.
